Enjoy the Summer!

The challenges we face in the Summer
Particularly in Summer months, the skin may be subject to excessive sun exposure, which may result in sunburns.

How to enjoy the Summer better
Prevention is the safest way to avoid sunburn.
Let the skin get used to the sun slowly, always using high factor sunscreen and preferring the shade in the hottest hours. Wear light and bright clothing for a more effective protection against solar radiation.

What to respect about sun exposure
Be careful with your skin and avoid too much sun exposure. Solar radiation is not only responsible for skin tanning, but also for premature aging and the possibility of developing skin cancer. Remember that repeated application of sunscreen does not result in prolonged protection. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure. Use low fat products to avoid inhibiting sweating during sports activities. During sun exposure, children are at a high risk, so they should wear pants, shirt, hat and sunscreen (high factor).
